Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with client goals and budgets.
- Actively manage digital buys across Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, CM360, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and various programmatic DSPs.
- Work closely with clients to present media plans, campaign updates, and performance reports.
- Oversee campaign pacing, optimizing for KPIs, and adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
- Mentor and guide a digital media specialist, ensuring quality work and adherence to timelines.
- Analyze campaign performance data and create detailed reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying. Advertising agency experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in the big digital buying platforms and willingness to find and learn new tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and present results in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team.
- Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
